If there is screen flickering on the main screen during the operation of the CNC lathe, we should immediately check and handle it. There are four common types of flickering, namely frequency converter flashing 018, function key indicator light flashing, bat flashing alarm, and 24 volt load screen flashing. We need to analyze and handle each situation specifically. Today, we will explain the four types of screen flickering on CNC lathes and their handling methods.
1. The frequency converter flashes 018. This situation is likely due to the target frequency, which means that the frequency converter has not entered the formal working state. At this point, you should press the start/run button to try it out.
2. The function key indicator light is flashing. After the CNC lathe system is turned on and running for a period of time, the function key indicator light flashes, indicating that there is a problem with the function. It is necessary to find the corresponding fault and repair it. There are many indicator lights corresponding to different functions in the distribution control box of the CNC machine tool. If a fault occurs, the corresponding indicator light will flash, and it will be restored to normal after being processed.
3. Bat flashing alarm. The bat flashing alarm indicates that the battery of the CNC system (behind the monitor) is running low and should be replaced within a week. Otherwise, it will cause parameter loss in the CNC system. CNC lathe screen flashing response: The system battery is low, reminding you to replace the battery.
4. The screen flashes with a 24V load. Since the power screen of CNC lathe 3665 flashes and shows a problem with the 24V load, you can directly disconnect the 24V power load, measure whether the voltage is normal, check the load circuit if it is normal, and check the power supply if it is not normal. The ALM on the stepper motor driver is an alarm signal. If the ALM signal light is yellow, it indicates that the motor has a fault. Stepper motor is an open-loop control component that converts electrical pulse signals into angular displacement or linear displacement.
The above are the four situations and handling methods of screen flickering on CNC lathes. We hope the above explanation can be helpful for everyone when operating CNC lathes in the future.
